Hurricane Ian Recovery Information

If you are a resident or business owner who suffered damage to your property during Hurricane Ian, help is available for you. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Small Business Administration (SBA) have centers set up in Georgetown County to help you.

FEMA Disaster Recovery Center (DRC)

Please note that the FEMA DRC's last day of operation was Wednesday, December 21, 2022. The deadline to apply for FEMA assistance was January 23, 2023.

SBA Business Recovery Center (BRC)

The SBA BRC's last day of operation was Thursday, January 19 2023. The deadline to apply for an SBA disaster loan was January 20, 2023.
