Title companies will not insure loans on real property unless a title search has been completed by an attorney or representative of the attorney. As the official record, this information provides information for the development of tax rolls. The owner must provide the written information to the office staff.

This office does not keep your original Deed; it is sent back to the Recording Agent/Attorney and he/she should send it to you. We can make you a copy, or you can go onto our website and see if you can view/print a copy of your Deed.
