About Raymond
Raymond Newton has resided in Andrews for more than 60 years. He is retired from UPS and owned and operated Newton's Grocery for 22 years. He served in the National Guard, is a Rotary Club Member, serves as chairman of the Andrews Museum and is a member of the Andrews High School Booster Club. Additionally, he is a husband, father and grandfather. He was elected in a special election in September 2019 to fill a vacant Council seat and was elected to his first full term in November 2020.
