[ARCHIVED] ?SC filmmaker to show documentary on purple martins at Waccamaw Library

This movie is definitely “for the birds!” On Friday, Feb. 10 at 3:30 p.m., the Waccamaw Library will welcome filmmaker Zach Steinhauser to introduce and screen "Purple Haze: A Conservation Film," his stunning documentary about purple martins in South Carolina. The event is part of the inaugural Hammock Coast Birding Festival sponsored by the Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce.

 The film screening is co-sponsored by the Friends of the Waccamaw Library and is free and open to the public. The Library is located at 41 St. Paul Place, Pawleys Island, SC 29585.
